This was my first experience with Better Burger and I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch. The burger was a bit too greasy for me, but I still loved the taste, The fries were excellent. They were also very quick to deliver and I appreciated that, because I usually order lunch when I'm starving.

We order from here for delivery, it was hugely disappointing. We ordered two burgers, fries and sodas. The burgers we OK, but the buns were completely soaked and wet, made it really difficult to enjoy them. The fries were wet and tasteless. The sodas we received were not the ones we asked, and about 1/4 of them had been spilled off the cups. This place might be OK for eat-in, but definitely not for delivery. Avoid!

haven't ordered at this place for over a year, as their service last time was below any level of acceptation.... De to the good reviews, I expected that their service would have increased. Not. Same bad service as over a year ago. Don't believe the reviews....there are multiple better places out there to get a good burger. skip this joint

The price is a bit too high for such mediocre food. why are my fries soggy? It's because they're 'air baked'. sure, they're healthier, but the lack of substance and flavor just makes me look for a 'better dessert' to compensate.

Rcvd burgers and fries, they were uncooked, both myself and my friend were sick afterwards, will never order again, very disappointed- hard to get a burger wrong but this was far from a "better" burger.. more like "never again" burger

I ordered a veggie burger combo with the fries. The burger arrived cold and it looked like the cheese never even melted, so it was likely cold when they packaged it. The fries were soggy and greasy (and cold). They forgot the "special sauce." The diet pepsi tasted stale, if that makes sense - it tasted what I think mold would taste like. This wasn't the first time I had food from there, but it will be the last.

The veggie slaw is terrible. Mine was old and wilted. It just looked really crappy. They should change the recipe or something, or make sure they are only serving fresh portions. Good burger tho, and I liked the WW bun.

We ordered two burgers and fries. The french fries were not fried but baked as they advertise but the resulting lack of calories resulted in an equal lack of flavor and proper texture. They were soggy and really more like baked potatoe slivers. The burgers were simply awful. The bun had a fishy smell and a bad after-taste. The beef seemed as though it had been frozen and was heavily salted. It was truly the worst burger I have had in NYC.

As someone who travels to NYC every other week, I really appreciate Better Burger's consistent quality and service. It is ALWAYS delivered in under 30 minutes, burgers are good, smashed potatoes are excellent. It may be a tad bit over priced but I have no problem paying a little bit more knowing exactly the quality of and when I will get, my meal.

great food, quick service. antibiotic and hormone free is a must and not easy to find in take out. most other spots (diners, etc) give you the cheap stuff. Air fries rock too.

The worst takeout experience I've ever had in NYC. We ordered 2 burgers with fries and they were an utter joke. Soggy buns, rock hard cheese, tasteless burger, cold fries. I emailed them twice to complain and was ignored. Avoid at all costs.

Love love love this place's baked fries. Good turkey and chicken burgers, though the buns have a tendency to fall apart. A little overpriced, but great place to order from when you want a healthier burger and fries option.

Delivery was missing my fries and the food was moderately warm and not hot. When I called to inform them they seemed like they were clueless on how to handle the issue. Will not be ordering from here again.

They can somewhat competently make a burger. But compared to New York Burger Co. and Blue 9, they're just not that good. But hey, at least it's "green," or outrageously expensive, or something!

The burgers are descent, but not nearly as good as BLT Burger or Stand. The side dishes are sub-par -- the fries arrive soggy and the cole slaw doesn't have much flavor. The sodas arrive wrapped in a plastic bag because their cups leak. What we wound up with was a plastic bag full of Pepsi.

Better burger is perfect for the picky dieter. The menu offers a multitude of healthy options that allows one to specify exactly how they would like their food to be prepared. I highly recommend the veggie and turkey burgers. In my experience with Better Burger all orders have been made to order, packaged neatly and delivered promptly. This is food you can feel good about eating.
